Had a wonderful anniversary dinner here with excellent service and great food and ambience! Really enjoyed the pate and seafood spring rolls as appetizers. A medium crispy fish was outstanding and delicious and plenty of entree for two. Also loved the yuca cake that was perfectly complemented by ice cream. Not only did the restaurant seat us at a lovely table by one of two beautiful murals, they gave us complementary sparkling rose and a card for our special day. All in all a fabulous evening!

Outstanding food & service. My wife started with a great tasting, but very expensive Dragon's Eye cocktail at $18. We both had the vegetarian Coconut Risotto & I had a side of Viet Street Corn, all delicious. My wife had the Yuca Cake & I had the Grilled Mango for dessert, great but we were stuffed. Our server Arysse was excellent. He even got my wife a less spicy version of her entree, even though the kitchen reportedly has a no changes policy. We will definitely return.

Nue has been on our list to try for some time now. We went with friends for restaurant week. It was an excellent place, and servings were very large. The sauce on the hamachi was very good, and the crispy shallots added some great texture to the soft fish. The spring rolls, wrapped in the lettuce, mint, cilantro, and an herb I didn’t recognize, dipped in the sauce, was excellent. The salad was excellent; loved the large pieces of papaya. The risotto was the perfect consistency, huge seared scallops, and some ingredients I couldn’t identify. We brought home most of that dish because we were so full from the earlier courses. Dessert had a nice combo of flavors. Service was knowledgeable and attentive, very well done. The restaurant is one of those who have just switched to a large service charge in lieu of tips. I have mixed feelings about the idea, but good to know the staff are getting paid adequately. We will be back!

The Crispy Whole Fish and Bo Kho Pappardelle presentation and taste were delicious. The flavor of both appetizers - the Lump Crab Asparagus soup and Pho Pate were scrumptious. I could’ve kept eating the appetizers but had to make room for the entrees. We ended the night with Grilled mango. The dessert reminded me of food version of traditional Filipino drink halo halo. And the cherry were the alcoholic beverages Ray made paired nicely with our meals.

Consistently great Vietnamese food in an upscale environment. Order the whole fish and seafood spring rolls - outstanding! I was worried with all of the positive press it would lack consistency. So far so good!
