Nubeluz by José Andrés is a lightbox in the sky, bringing together the Spanish word for cloud (“nube”) and for light (“luz”). Located on the 50th floor of The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad, Nubeluz offers modern interpretations of classic cocktails and small bites coupled with remarkable 270-degree views of the New York City skyline.

Please note that starting on October 7, Nubeluz will open at 3pm, Monday-Friday.

It was a great night. Beautiful ambiance, great service and the drinks were amazing. We did not eat so I can’t attest to the food.

The views of NYC are AMAZING!!! Lovely ambience, delicious cocktails and yummy bites! Our waiter was attentive, polite and helped us pick out the perfect bites. Definitely go!

An amazing cocktail bar with extraordinary view of Manhattan. Happy atmosphere, but one that also allowed us to hold conversation with friends. Drinks were really (really) good,.

The views make up for any complaints I have! We arrived for our reservation and because of its place on the 50th floor, we were directed to an elevator. Because you're in the bustling lobby of a Ritz-Carlton in NYC, it's going to be busy, but there was some attitude towards people showing up for cocktail reservations. Upon our arrival to the 50th floor, our reservation was honored and we had a small table for two near the window. The views were amazing; my only gripe about the set-up was that there were two very large private events going on, so there were regular parties sandwiched between velvet ropes for the corporate events. Our service was good, as were our cocktails. The martini was good, but VERY small. We didn't have any food, but enjoyed the ambiance of Nubeluz for a quick cocktail.
