Terrible experience. After calling to adjust my reservation from 7PM to 7:30PM, I was assured the change was made. I even received a confirmation email confirming the change. However, upon arrival, I discovered my reservation was still set for 7PM due to an internal error. To make matters worse, the hostess was incredibly rude and unwilling to assist in resolving the issue. She was dismissive and accusatory and continued to say I made the change, which I did not. This lack of professionalism and customer care was very frustrating. We were told she would do her best to work us back in but at no point updated us, offered a table or approached us to explain a table would not be possible. I expected a more accommodating approach, especially after this was an internal mistake made by a Nubelez employee or your system. This was meant to be a celebration for my boyfriend's birthday and frankly, it was ruined.

Unfortunately we didn't have to much luck with the service. No goodbye, no question about the drinks we had. As if they didn't even care if it was good or bad. Special occasion stated during the reservation process were not even mentioned once. Why ask for a birthday etc. if you don't care about it in the first place? The drinks however were good (not great or mind-blowing) and the view is definitely worth a visit. But I would much rather have one cocktail, enjoy the view and then head to another bar, than spend half a fortune at a location where the service doesn't even say goodbye to a customer.

Whenever my friend and I stay in NYC, we make sure to have a reservation here- even at 11PM! The midnight grilled cheese with their truffle honey mustard is beyond delicious, while sipping on their Salt Air Margarita. I didn't even get to the view- all of Manhattan! Stunning. Highly recommended!

It was a great night. Beautiful ambiance, great service and the drinks were amazing. We did not eat so I can’t attest to the food.

The views of NYC are AMAZING!!! Lovely ambience, delicious cocktails and yummy bites! Our waiter was attentive, polite and helped us pick out the perfect bites. Definitely go!

It was spectacular. I’ve told many people about my rich and abundant experience and told them they must go now and bring friends, show off, and take photos.
