Nubeluz by José Andrés is a lightbox in the sky, bringing together the Spanish word for cloud (“nube”) and for light (“luz”). Located on the 50th floor of The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad, Nubeluz offers modern interpretations of classic cocktails and small bites coupled with remarkable 270-degree views of the New York City skyline.

Please note that starting on October 7, Nubeluz will open at 3pm, Monday-Friday.

Perfect from the moment we walked in to see the panoramic view of the south facing NYC Skyline to the expertly crafted cocktails and a curated wine list paired with a menu only Jose Andres could envision. We will definitely be back!

Service was slow to non existent…..I had to ask our server to clear our plates….waited 10 mins with empty glasses on our table before I asked our server for another round. The only reason this restaurant is open is because of the view they can offer customers. If this restaurant was street level it would last one week.

Such a beautiful venue for a Sunday brunch with my family. Yes, it's on the pricey side, but not out of line in Manhattan, but for an occasion it is truly memorable - the service, the view, and certainly the food. Can't wait to come back for a cocktail some night when it's a bit livelier.

Excellent place, good service. The food is also very good, but it's more of a bar for drinks, not much for dinner.
