Nubeluz by José Andrés is a lightbox in the sky, bringing together the Spanish word for cloud (“nube”) and for light (“luz”). Located on the 50th floor of The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad, Nubeluz offers modern interpretations of classic cocktails and small bites coupled with remarkable 270-degree views of the New York City skyline.

Welcome the New Year with our evening cocktail celebration high above New York City’s skyline, featuring live entertainment, curated cocktails, and culinary delights—with spectacular views from fifty floors up! Enjoy signature José Andrés Group bites including our lobster roll, beef tartare, hand-carved jamón Ibérico, and a holiday cookie cart, plus a premium open bar and sounds by DJ Danny Estrella. Take this night to new heights and reserve a private booths or large round tables with premium seating and service, offering you and your group a front-row seat to the magic of the evening. Formal and cocktail attire is encouraged, with festive accessories available at the door. All guests must be age 21 and over. Tickets are non-refundable.

Carlos was amazing and made our experience even better . My husband and I were there to celebrate our anniversary loved the vibe , the view and the whole experience. Can’t wait to go back .

Reservations are essentially meaningless when the bar is busy; we waited twenty minutes past the reservation for hosts to claim a table from what appears to be first come first serve bar Patrons. The labneh was scrumptious, some drinks unremarkable but the ostentatiously presented melon-ball was bright and full of fresh flavors. Overall, lovely views, high points in drinks and food, the service has their heart in the right place but don't appear to communicate well.

When we arrived downstairs, we were told that we had to wait because only one out of four elevators were working. So we waited and then afterwards we were told that it was going to be another 30 minute wait and that we could either cancel or postpone our reservation. I explained that my guests were from out of town and that we did not want to cancel. I also said we had a dinner reservation and I would have to see if I could postpone that. The person downstairs was pretty rude and said that we could wait in the lobby. I thought it would have been prudent to at least offer us a complementary drink in the lobby while we waited when I asked to speak to a manager, the whole downstairs quickly said that the elevators started working. It was a very odd situation that I did not expect from the Ritz Carlton other than that the actual rooftop was nice and the drinks were delicious. I will definitely come back but the people working at the lobby for the Ritz Carlton should have better manners.

Incredible views, and great cocktails. This is a location worth waiting for. The reservation was hard to get but again, worth it.

Had a great time celebrating my birthday once we got settled, however, several members in my group had trouble getting up and experienced some form or rudeness when trying to get to our table. Otherwise, great views and a good time. Great cocktails
