I usually love coming to this restaurant. Yesterday, both the patio and indoor were really stuffy and hot. Service was pretty bad. It took over 10 minutes to just get water. Quality of food was same as usual but experience was soured by poor service and bad atmosphere.

Bread was too thick on chicken schnitzel sandwich, salad was good, I thought the chicken should have been pounded to be thinner, and more tender

I've been frequenting the hotel patio for years for cocktails, but since Nua opened, I've had delicious meals there. This is especially great for me since I am a vegan and love restaurants that have options for both vegans and carnivores.

Honestly this place is a hidden gem. Tucked away in the Crescent Hotel, there’s this flavorful and colorful dining experience. The food is always high quality and the service is always phenomenal.

Nua is one of my favorite restaurants serving quality food all the time. Last night was just slightly off, but it will not change my mind that Nua is great. Last night the Wait staff was not attentive. It took time to get our bar drinks, and the shaken drinks that were not served on the rocks came almost room temp. And we had to ask for them to take our order (we weren’t asked even though we were just sitting and chatting) The amazing eggplant appetizer tasted a little different. I thought it had a smoky or other flavor that was missing yesterday. Maybe I’m mixing it up with Carmel’s eggplant.

Alex was amazing! Great food and service and atmosphere! There were only 2 staff members when my gfs and I went Monday Aug 5th evening for my birthday! They went out of their way to still make it special even thought they were slammed! Thank u so much guys! Will recommend to friends and family any day!
