Founded by the Carneiro family, Novo Brazil Brewing Company is an international, award-winning brewery based in Southern California; guided by its Brazilian soul. Perched in Chula Vista, the brewery thrives on its unique beer lifestyle, aptly represented in the brand’s colorful accents, masterful aromas, and thoughtful flavor compositions. **edited** The did respond quickly to this review and sorted out the charges. Added customer service stars for that.** Not a snob with giving reviews (probably left 2 in my life). I ordered the ribeye medium rare ($42) Parts of it were actually rare while other parts were well done. Baked potato was super nasty. Beer was good ($7-$8). I payed for my meal but then come to find out on my bank statements I was actually charged $108 for my meal? I tipped 20%. Crap experience and would never return or recommend.

Such a nice improvement over the dark Tilted Kilt that used to be in that location. Bright almost cafeteria like but still nicer that what was there before. I found the Poke Nachos to be excellent!

Great spot to watch sports games! It doesn’t matter where you get seated… lots of big screen to watch the game

They have a robot who helps transport dishes from the bar area to the kitchen. Really cool.

I made a reservation for a table for 8 to celebrate the holidays with my coworkers and have a small secret Santa gift exchange. Everything from start to finish was absolutely amazing. The booking was really easy using the OpenTable app. I booked a month in advance and received a text message a day before to confirm the booking. I had to change the time an hour sooner than scheduled, which was no hassle at all, i just called the restaurant and spoke to a live person and they were very appreciative for me calling ahead of time to make the changes. I arrived 30 mins earlier and they already had a table with ready with my name on it. The servers were supper friendly and very welcoming. The drinks and food were all delicious and reasonably priced. We each individually ordered our food and drinks, and the servers had no problem with charging us separately. We all had a great experience dining there. We will most definitely be returning for more happy hours. If you're looking for great service, good food and an awesome atmosphere, then look no further because I highly recommended Novo Brewery in Mission Valley!!!

The food was okay okay but love the environment. Server is super friendly and perfect place for social and drinking.

Love this place! Big space inside that opens up to a big patio sitting on the inside of the mall. Big bar right in front, and nice flatscreens everywhere. Came on a Saturday to watch the Padres game, and they asked us which tv we’d like to watch the game on. You could tell they were trying to make sure everyone was taken care of, since there were different groups there to watch different games. Amazing service! Way better than a basic bar menu, and same with the drinks. Love that it’s by the mall since as there is a ton of parking. Highly recommend!

TVs were great. Went for happy hour and half the items were unavailable or the same price on the regular menu. Pretty pricey.

Two dishes came out and the other two in our party’s food didn’t come for almost 10 minutes. 4 of the 7 beers on tap they were out of. Our waitress apparently took a break and finally another waitress came by to ask if we needed anything. Basically, I made an Open Table reservation and when we arrived, it was open seating. It didn’t seem like there was a manager there overseeing things. We were barely attended to. Plates were not cleared before we had to ask them to so we could give the birthday person his gifts at the table. Water had to be asked for twice as she didn’t remember to bring the requested refills. A third waitress came to give us the credit card machine. We won’t be going back.
