Novio’s is an inspired bistro offering a small and selective menu that includes items that are representative of the education, training, travels and experiences of our team. We feature meats & seafood and produce from local farms, fisherman and other purveyors. The menu offers vegetarian and gluten free options, beautiful soups and salads, and fresh pasta. Novio’s offers a full service bar that showcases an elegant yet approachable wine list, craft beers, and signature cocktails and an extensive scotch & bourbon list. Items on the menu change often as our team becomes inspired by the stories of experiences had by our guests. While guests seated at tables and booths order from the four course menu with an optional wine pairing guests that book reservations at the bar have an option of ordering à la carte.

A spontaneous date night, sitting at the bar and visiting with Courtney, and Annie was delightful! Cocktails are always extraordinary, the service sublime, and the food delicious!

A spontaneous date night sitting at the bar was absolutely delightful! The Osso Bucco is a new fan favorite! Cocktails are always delicious and creative, and the service is always exceptional!

Novio’s never disappoints! The prefix menu has something for all, creatively and passionately prepared, the ambiance for date night was perfect! Novio’s is a very unique and special bistro.

Novio’s never disappoints! I hadn’t had the pleasure of dining here in over a year and boy, didn’t I miss it. I chose all vegetarian options and was so impressed with the creativity, complexity, and deliciousness of each dish. My husband and I after 4 courses left comfortably full. Already can’t wait for our next experience! Thank you again to all the wonderful staff☺️

Locally owned. Well crafted, delicious food made with excellent ingredients. Killer cocktails. Lots of wines from which to choose. Knowledgeable staff. Comfortable setting. 5 star menu without being “precious.” It’s always our first choice for a night out.
