It was our first time dining at Novikov, and overall, the experience was exceptional. The restaurant’s ambiance, with its sleek design and lively atmosphere, made for a great setting. Most of the dishes we tried were simply outstanding – each plate was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. However, the one dish that didn’t quite meet our expectations was the octopus. Unfortunately, it had a bitter taste that threw off the balance of the dish, which was disappointing, especially considering the quality of everything else. Despite this, the rest of our meal more than made up for it. The dessert was a real standout – it was decadent, creative, and left us wanting more. And to top it all off, the service was flawless. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening.

We dine at Novikov regularly and consider it the best lunch choice on the Miami Spice menu to date. Be sure to add the shishito peppers (spicy) as an extra treat
