This was our first visit here and we all had an excellent experience. The food was excellent. I had a Kentucky Mule which was fantastic and strong drink. My wife had the Cherry Bomb drink and she too liked it very much. The live entertainment was good and the noise was moderate. Great place for friends and family to meet meet.

We made a dinner reservation for 6 pm before the show in the arena. It was impossible to have a quiet dinner conversation as our table was just a few yards away from the jazz ensemble playing and they were loud. Even during their break, they cranked up the music. The food was good, however the menu selection was very limited. The staff was extremely pleasant, service was excellent and quick.

I was looking forward to live music but the performer cancelled. Piped in soft jazz was nice. Service started out well but then when my wine and water were both gone, my waitress got too busy to come back to the table. I probably would’ve ordered another glass of wine and / or dessert. After waiting twenty minutes, I went to the bar to ask for my check. It was another five minutes before my waitress appeared and prepared my check. Sad ending to what was otherwise a nice evening.

The food is normally very good but our dinners must have sat because they were lukewarm warm. There are also very few options for choice credits. The chef choice dessert was the same as last time which was nothing special and very small portions. Drink packages for choice credits are way overpriced. Tuscany has better food, choices, and service.

We had the greatest time on Saturday at Novelle. Four of a kind band was performing. They were so professional and such a great great sounding band. There were folks dancing to their music. Extremely good vibe for an intimate club! I ordered one of every item on the choice credits menu. They were all so delicious. Thank goodness for the salad mix with the chicken order. They complimented each other. AND the chef special dessert.. so very very delicious. A perfect end to our great meal.

need more choice credit meal options. plan your time because its slow on show nights. ordered burger and it was served cold with no time to return it due to show time.

Do not go!!! We arrived on time, 15 minutes later we were seated, 25 minutes later no one came to our miniature table to take any kind of order. We walked out, went next door too Sol Torro Mexican and enjoyed. The only people Novelle cares about is their gambling public and gaming tables. Horrible place. You don't feel welcome.

This is by far the best and most relaxing dining venues at Mohegan! Samantha explained everything upon arrival and Alisha catered to us beautifully! We loved the jazz music and our dinner/drinks were wonderful. A truly great experience!

Band was so loud my ribs were shaking. Was uncomfortable. First time I went late at night was quiet, with light live jazz playing. Food was delicious Second experience was awful. Food was over salted yet bland somehow. Salad was soggy. Shrimp overcooked. And wings didn’t taste anything like the first time I had them. Our waitress never took our drink order so we had food and no drinks my husband eventually after waiting over an hour had to get up and hunt her down then again for our check I would recommend not to go anytime before 9 pm
