Very loud. Not a relaxing dinner- tables are too close by the front of the restaurant and people we shouting to be heard. Waitress was great and then disappeared to speak to guys at the bar and we sat for 20 minutes after the table was cleared to be asked about dessert and get our check. The restaurant had cleared out by then so very odd. Overall pretty good first experience with some hiccups

We arrived on a Wednesday night at 6:30 pm. My husband ordered the special, lasagne and we were told they had run out. He then ordered a small pasta and sauce and it was ordinary. My son ordered the squid ink fettuccine and he felt it tasted odd. Service was slow.

Ordered the Casio e Pepe with gluten free pasta, it was literally flavorless. Service was absentee and mediocre response to the pasta being terrible. Espresso martini and eggplant parm were delicious but the inferior other dish and lax service made for an overall poor experience.

All of our party of 6 had various pasta dinners. The verdict? Excellent al dente with delicious sauces. Wine selections were also first rate, particularly the pinot grigio. We've eaten at Novella several times and always have had a first class experience with food and service. Noise level is troublesome for anyone hearing impaired.

Ambience and service outstanding. Most of our food was also outstanding. I was only a little underwhelmed by the flavor of the cavatelli al pomodoro. Highly recommend the meatballs and bruschetta appetizers. Value is somewhere between good and very good for the experience.

One of our favorite places in Columbus. There pasta dishes are always amazing and creative. Limited menus but they have a way of making something special out of something so simple. The flavor balances in each dish are amazing. Always great service as well. Best pasta dishes in Columbus. It's not a traditional Italian restaurant but in a good way.
