Alaways gerat experience. Gerat value for food quality. Service is great, especifically yesterday our waiter was great. I believe his name was John, from Wisconsin.

We had a group of 5 for lunch. Food had great flavor. Waiter was outstanding at assisting group in understanding menu options. Everyone was pleased with their meal. Background music was too loud and we asked them to turn it down which was not done. We we definitely come back.

My cousin was visiting from out of town, so we took advantage of the Miami Spice options for lunch-- GianFranco was our server and he was great!! Also, special mention to the manager on duty/host (sorry can't recall his name, but he was VERY welcoming/accomodating!)....we both had the Mahi bites as an app (they were out of this world-outstanding!!)..my cousin had the branzino entree & I had the sausage sandwich w/real steak frittes...both were dee-lish!! We had the flan & caramel crepe for dessert & both were scrumptious!

I have had positive experiences in the past with Novecento. However, this time was a let down. I took my mom to brunch and she ordered the ribeye which the menu claimed was flown from Argentina. She ordered medium as is her preference and she received a well done steak that was like eating rubber. The waiter politely took it back and brought her back a 2nd attempt. This time it was medium rare and chewy. At that point my mom was too polite to send it back a 2nd fine. Unfortunately I was very disappointed in the overall experience. The best attempt at a ready I received was the waiter joking he wouldn’t charge me for a 2nd ribeye when my mom was barely able to take a bite of the 1st. It’s ridiculous I paid for an overpriced piece of meat in the first place that felt that I could have gotten it from a corner store and not from Argentina.. a country know for its steaks.

Slow service took more than 15 minutes to take the order and another 15 minutes to bring the drinks. The food was decent, but I expected something else. The sides of the parrillada were good, and the primo plate (Octopus) was delicious, but the meats were not so good. Drinks 5*. The 18% service is included in the bill, so even if they took a long time to bring the right menu, take the order, and bring the food, around 45 minutes to an hour, I was forced to leave the 18% tip.
