   Great location and ambience but food was mediocre and took far too long to come to the table. Table service was good and friendly.

   I don’t know where the reviews are coming in so stellar for this restaurant. Let’s start with a good. The sushi was great. The drinks of the bar that Natalie gave us were great. The overall dining experience was lackluster. Starting with a very slow server and ending with a very poor meal that was so salty we couldn’t even eat it. They did ask to try to make it right. However, after slow dining waiting on drinks. We just told them to take it off the bill. There are so many better places to eat on this island. I wouldn’t waste my time unless you really want sushi.

   We enjoyed a great meal on our last day on the island. A very convenient boat service to the Oil Nut Bay location also allows for a nice boat ride to and from the restaurant. The service was great - our server made the night special. One of the restaurant’s specialty cocktails was amazing! The food was wonderfully prepared and presented, and was delicious. This is a not-to-miss experience if you are visiting Virgin Gorda.

   Sherita is a great server. She remembered our name when we came back for a second night's dinner. She was on the ball with checking on us and helping us substitute a rainbow roll for a salmon roll in our sushi boat. She called our boat captain both nights to let us know we were ready to go back to Gun Creek on the Nova shuttle. All was great. Excellent sushi. We had tres leches cake for dessert as well as the cheesecake. The cheesecake texture was a little loose, that recipe needs a tweak but it's a minor detail. Tip is 18 percent includes the back of the house. Tip extra for your server. Thank you Nova and Sherika for two great experiences. Kudos to the sushi chef!

   Wonderful experience all around started off with Captain Redrat picking us up from Bitterend Yacht club in a luxury motor boat and whisked us off to the restaurant at sunset. The cocktails were original and delicious and the food was great. The birthday cake - tees leches was fantastic. And it ended with a boat ride under the stars back to the dock. A really special night!

   Lovely boat ride over. Beautiful setting. Excellent wait staff. Very good fresh food especially salads

    Nova is one of our favorite places in the BVI. The views and amenities are incredible, the food and cocktails are top notch, and the staff is fantastic. Today Ruby made a point of taking our order and getting it in to the kitchen before the Saturday crowd poured in, and in the past the staff here has even assisted when we had boat trouble. Everything at Nova is above and beyond and we will certainly be back many time in years to come.
