This was my third visit to Nova. I had so much fun for my birthday last year that I thought to come again to celebrate with my friends but this time in the outdoor area. The outdoor area was a bit cold at first and not as exquisitely decorated as the main restaurant but it’s definitely a better place for dancing. DJ MIDI is superb and plays Arabic/Afro/Latin/RnB etc. The food came out very fast at the beginning and the waiter was very attentive to the allergy but towards the end I think he must have got a headache or something as drinks service was very slow. Food was good quality and tasty. I think £35 for a bottle of non-alcoholic fizz is a bit excessive and it’s a shame the main restaurant area was so empty. I think perhaps only having the minimum £60 spend in the shisha lounge might be better and attract people to come and enjoy the main restaurant area.

Welcoming hosts weren’t so welcoming. But thankfully the manager was professional. Had to wait an hour for our food and another 30 mins for our bill. No one really paid attention to our table so it was a more tiring experience than a relaxing one

The food is really disappointing (and I am not a fussy person) and very overpriced. The staff are very unhelpful and they literally throw us out after 2 hours as soon as our food was finished and dancing got started. When I asked why they just said it is our policy, but when I asked how about the table next to us who were here before us and are still sitting and ordering, there was no answer. Terrible experience and a ruined friends’ reunion night.👎

Food was ok for the price. Waiter was not attentive to what we ordered. Gave us two wrong items. Cutleries could have been better. Looks very cheap for the price they are charging.

They didn’t deduct the £40 I put down for the reservation, waited over an hour for food one person had food rest waited over an hour. Tried to charge us for stuff that wasn’t even on our table. We were at the restaurant and they tried to charge us for a premium shisha when we weren’t even allowed shisha in the main restaurant…..

Had to wait outside even though a booking was made so that wasn't great but the security guards, waiters and waitresses were so amazing and attentive! The food was amazing and the vibes were great. Would defo return ❤️❤️❤️

We had paid reservation deposit but still waited 1 hour to get in and the food took 1.5 hour to come out. Spoked to 4 different servers and were very rude and didn’t care. Stay away, all hyped for no reason. Minimum spend of £60. a waste of time and money.

Terrible service, food tasted good but too long of a wait for a waiter who was only quick when I asked for the bill and even then didn’t bring me the bill only the card machine. When I asked for the actual bill I noticed it was incorrect.

I find it strange when during booking, the minimum spend is £50 but as we go into the restaurant that gets bumped up to £80 by the receptionists!
