We recently celebrated my husband’s birthday at our favorite restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We invited two guests who were visiting for the first time, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to this lovely establishment. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff made us feel special, setting a delightful tone for the evening. We kicked off the celebration with Heidsieck champagne, which was refreshing and perfectly crafted. It was a wonderful way to toast to my husband’s special day. Next, we indulged in a selection of delicious hors d'oeuvres that were beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Each bite was a delightful preview of what was to come. The highlight of our meal was the sommelier's choice of wine, expertly paired with our main entrees. The wine complemented our dishes perfectly, enhancing the flavors and making the dining experience even more enjoyable. All our main courses were exceptional, showcasing the restaurant’s commitment to quality and taste. Every dish was cooked to perfection, leaving us all thoroughly satisfied. To top off the evening, we were presented with a Banoffee Pie birthday cake that was simply to die for. It was the perfect sweet ending to an already fantastic meal, and my husband was thrilled! Overall, this dining experience was nothing short of perfect. The combination of excellent service, exquisite food, and a warm atmosphere made for a memorable celebration. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy a special occasion or simply a wonderful meal.

Enjoyed the swordfish very much. Crispy top and excellent flavor. Pork chop and scallops were a hit with dinner companions.

Every meal we have had at Noveau Monde has been outstanding! The food and experience is a cut WAY above the average restaurant. We celebrated our anniversary and they made it a perfect evening for us. We will be back soon!

The cocktails selections were creative and very well executed. The menu was diverse and the food was well prepared. Service was extremely attentive and prompt. We will definitely visit again.

This regular guest at Nouveau Monde enjoyed an opportunity to visit once again with a family member from out-of-town. We were welcomed graciously, shown to a comfortable table for two and received all evening attentive support from our efficient server. One of the perennial attractions of Nouveau Monde is the opportunity to continue our education by sampling wine varieties unobtainable elsewhere--locally, at least--and many of these are still available here by half-bottle. This evening was no exception and we were introduced by our personable and knowledgeable sommelier to two unique winners: A Pouilly Fuisse appetizer that was a textbook of complex flavors and a Barolo that, interesting enough otherwise, had a bit of a rough finish--live and learn, right? The main courses are always an eclectic adventure and ours did not disappoint. I sometimes wish I could substitute the sides (vegetables, starch, etc.) but this seems to be discouraged. With no room left for the attractive, but filling dessert selections, we elected to continue our education with a vintage port for the daughter and a delightful XO cognac for me. These last two are precious enough that they are dispensed by the ounce, but a fitting finale to a delightful experience!
