Welcome to Nouc Chấm, a contemporary Vietnamese restaurant that takes inspiration from the traditional Vietnamese dipping sauce of the same name ‘Nước Chấm’. Our chef blend traditional Vietnamese cuisine with contemporary culinary techniques to create a unique and memorable dining experience. Delicious flavours, excellent presentation, good wine list and our waitress from Chile 🇨🇱 had a lovely manner and provided good service. Well worth a visit.

Unique delicious dining experience. Our family of five includes 2 vegetarians so we bypassed the set menu and ordered individually. Entrees of note include the betel leaf wagu and the vegan spring rolls. Two mains were fantastic, pumpkin curry and steamed barramundi. But all the food was awesome. Great service and location with sea breeze. Highly recommend!!!

Everything is always delicious. The wine was good. The scalloos were favs and the seafood springrolls. Duck oancake and porkbelly were yummy

Nice shared entree (for 2) and superb medium main meal each (pork belly creation) with a green veggies plate for table (excellent/crispy steamed). Staff are very attentive and friendly.
