A new modern type patio restaurant which is part of a very nice hotel & spa located on Queen St which where the main shopping area is in Niagara OTL. Not a huge menu but we were able to pick something from it all of which was excellent. Ambience is very nice on the patio which has been fitted with an impressive awning which allows for closure in winter or rain. Service was also great. Highly recommend considering the hotel but certainly the restaurant if visiting the Niagara on the lake village.

Burger is to die for!!! Love the atmosphere and the staff were phenomenal. This was my second time here and can't wait to go back.

While our server was good, the food took too long to deliver. One order had to be returned because it was cold. The food itself was just average. When we got the bill we were charged for something we did not ask for. I would not go back.

Lovely atmosphere & food, however - remember to carefully inspect 100% of your dish when it arrives. I accidentally chewed into egg shells & pointed out the obvious eggshell evidence- that I discovered at the end of the meal - they only took off 15% ($5) but also **insinuating it was my fault that I didn't point out this flaw in the dish earlier (Bro, if I saw the eggshell earlier I wouldn't have bit into it???). Also saying it wasn't a legit complaint because I ate the rest of the meal (I hate wasting food & discovered the egg shell at the end anyway). In addition, we booked reservation on a Thur for patio, and arrive Sunday night & greeter complained that I booked the reservation "too last minute" (that I also had to confirm via email and did so) so they didn't realize THEY had double booked the patio. We took the indoor table no problem, but didn't appreciate this "professional establishment" needing to quasi-blame their patrons for their own double booking mistake. Great atmosphere, we loved the chicken, just recognize I guess because it's such a nice place & they have no shortage of patrons, the attitude is more 'you're lucky to be here' vs 'we strive for YOU to have a great time'.

it was a busy brunch morning and there was a wait - which the staff explained. Unfortunately, 2 of our dishes were not hot when they arrived - but we were offered replacements - which we did not have time for (going to a Shaw matinee); then a complimentary dessert - ditto. and they then took a percentage off our bill - which was appreciated. We'd def visit again.

Terrible experience. We were sat by the hostess and completely forgotten about. My wife and I sat at our table for over 15 minutes without anyone coming to greet us. We just left the restaurant.
