the pizzas are excellent. crusts are crisp. the cesaer salad was ok. would crush the croutons so they spread out in the salad vs huge hunks that are hard to chew. the noise level was horrific as the place filled up. by the time we left we could hardly hear the 3 of us at our table!

The food is amazing and the service was top notch. Highly recommend ordering anything that comes with marinara sauce. Come early if you want dessert, they run out of the more popular items.

My husband and I tried Nostra Tavola for the first time on our wedding anniversary with toddler in tow as a lunch date. The hostess and waitress were very friendly and provided prompt attention to all customers. This place appears to be a hidden gem as there were only a couple other tables occupied. It's not fancy (in a shopping plaza), but nicely decorated and the long curtains in the window were a great touch. We had the arancini, antipasto plate (loved every bit of this), chicken parm sandwich, kids cheese pizza, penne & Italian sausage, and a decadent chocolate cake slice (courtesy of the restaurant) that doesn't appear to be on the menu. Overall, we absolutely loved the presentation, taste, and portions of all of the dishes. My husband noted the chicken for the sandwich was on the tough side/overcooked, but the bread and sauce were perfect, and all the other delicious food made up for it. We plan to go back to try more of the dishes and see what the place looks like at dinner time. Very glad to have found a solid Italian restaurant close to home!

Very good ambience, service, and yummy food. Service of ordering, clearing of courses, and rapidity of food course was fast. Other than that which was dealt with but surprising would definitely recommend and return.

A great experience! Service was excellent and our dishes were absolutely delicious. We felt the only thing that was concerning was the noise level with hard surfaces and the high ceilings, it was very difficult to chat with our guests. Overall we enjoyed our experience and look forward our next visit

Chicken Parm and the shrimp were both excellent with the spaghetti marinara. Service was outstanding. Marinara was a little sweet for our taste. We didn’t try them but the pizzas looked really good. Noise level was a little loud as the place started to fill up on a Saturday evening. We will be back to try the pizza!

We figured it would be good since we love Nuestra Mesa (same owners), but we were really impressed! The food was delicious! We ordered a few things recommended by our server and loved all of them. We’ll be back for sure!

Nostra Tavola, tucked away off Mill Plain in Garrison Square, offers a delightful Italian dining experience that strikes the perfect balance between variety and simplicity. The menu is thoughtfully curated, providing enough choices to satisfy different palates without overwhelming diners. My wife and I started our meal with a few appetizers, and every bite was a testament to the restaurant's commitment to quality. As a risotto enthusiast, I couldn't resist the arancini, and they were nothing short of fantastic. These crispy fried risotto balls, adorned with house-made pesto and mozzarella, sat atop a vibrant marinara sauce, sprinkled with fresh basil. Each bite was a burst of flavor, and I could have easily indulged in them all day. The fried mozzarella balls were another highlight, drizzled with balsamic for a sophisticated twist on a classic favorite. The balsamic added just the right amount of tang to cut through the richness of the cheese, elevating it beyond the typical bar fare. While the focaccia didn't quite hit the mark for me--it was a bit dense and dry--it was still serviceable. However, the real star of the evening was the pizza bianca. The crust had the perfect balance of crispy and chewy, providing an ideal base for the creamy, slightly funky fontina that complemented the mozzarella's gooey richness. Topped with shallots, chicken, fresh arugula, and a squeeze of lemon juice, this pizza was a masterpiece, offering a harmony of flavors that left us thoroughly impressed. Nostra Tavola is a gem in the area, offering an Italian dining experience that feels both authentic and approachable. The service was top notch, all the employees showed a happy willingness to serve and keep busy. It's definitely worth a visit for anyone looking to enjoy a delicious meal in a cozy setting.
