Whether it’s a special occasion or a casual evening out, the ambiance strikes the perfect balance between refined and relaxed. When we visited, the restaurant was bustling with activity—a clear sign of its popularity. Despite being busy, the food arrived promptly without any delays, which was impressive. It’s evident that the kitchen and staff work seamlessly to maintain a high standard of service even during peak hours. The food itself was exceptional. From the warm, freshly baked bread to the decadent desserts, everything was a delight. The Caesar salad was a surprising highlight, with a dressing that stood out as one of the best I’ve ever tasted. The Beef Wellington was another standout, perfectly prepared with tender, flavorful meat encased in a flaky, golden crust. Every dish was well-crafted and full of flavor, making it clear that quality and attention to detail are top priorities. The service was another high point. Friendly and attentive without being overbearing, the staff ensured we had everything we needed and checked in at just the right moments. Even with a full house, the team delivered a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. While the prices lean toward the higher side, the value is undeniable. Booth of 4 for Christmas season dinner. Been here quite a few times before; we had 3 appetizers and 4 different entrees, all quite good. Gnocchi and Beef Wellington are particularly good hear. Waiter and hostesses were great.

The Northside Bistro is an exceptional restaurant that I recommend highly. As a real "foodie", I can enthusiastically tell you that their menu is fantastic and the plates are out-of-this-world delicious. But really sets the Northside Bistro apart is the loving staff, from the hostess at the door, to the waiters and waitresses, to the chef. Everyone is lovingly attentive and going the extra mile to make sure everyone of their guests has a wonderful dining experience.

Enthusiastic service and a great meal. Serving sizes were larger than expected with both the appetizer and entree. Very nice, small space that didn’t feel crowded.

Last night, my sister and I decided to treat ourselves to a much-needed girls night out, so we headed to the Northside Bistro in Raleigh. Our server, Chelsea, was an absolute gem! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. To kick off the evening, we ordered a few appetizers: the pork belly and duck wings. Both dishes were rich and flavorful, setting the perfect tone for the night ahead. For drinks, Chelsea recommended the lemon drop martini and the mango margarita. We enjoyed them so much that we both ended up ordering a second round! The highlight of the evening was, without a doubt, the beef Wellington. It was simply excellent! The pastry was perfectly flaky and buttery, while the meat inside was cooked to absolute perfection—juicy and tender. It was a dish that truly showcased the chef's skills. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lively, which made for a fun night out, although it did get a bit noisy—typical for a bustling Friday night at 7:00 PM. While the venue itself might not have been the most upscale, the energy and ambiance really added to our experience. Overall, we had a fantastic time, thanks to Chelsea's attentive service and the delicious food and drinks. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a fun night out with friends! We can't wait to return for another round of those amazing cocktails and the irresistible beef Wellington.

Way better website than actually it is. Parking not good shared with other restaurant . Food fair not great service fair not great. Most of all music played way to loud and asked why so customer would not stay longer than necessary after ordering food. Very disappointed in atmosphere. Very over rated.

The food is prepared well, but is overpriced by $5 to $10 per entree. We spent $120 for 2 entrees and one salad and had ice teas. We won’t be in a hurry to visit any time soon.
