I would have loved to rate our dining experience 5 star however we have to rate it down due to customer service. The food was delicious & dietary considerations were accommodated to. Our primary wait person, Anna, was lovely & nothing was too much trouble. However it did take a long time to be given menus and order. Once we had our food the drink service was also lacking, removing our bottle of wine from our table to serve us, then not serving it was very frustrating. Between us, we had to ask for glass refills three times. On the third occasion, we said, just leave the bottles on the table so we can serve ourselves (we're not precious & don't mind pouring our own wine) to have a female waiter who had not served us the whole evening, slam one of our bottles of wine on the table & storm off. We sat there dumbstruck for a few seconds. Then we told who we think was the floor manager that this behaviour was not acceptable. Initially he agreed & said he'd talk to her but he didn't & he then returned to tell us she was one of his best staff. It left a bad taste for all of us.
