Food is outstanding. Service is spotty and slow. Waited 15 minutes to order drinks. Waited another 15 for the drinks. Ordered apps and then salads, all came at the same time. They just seemed to be off.

Waitress was very forgetful, and hard to get a hold of ( not sure of the restaurant was short handed?) Food was good, I added chicken to my dish, but wasn’t aware it was fried, would have better just grilled.

We had a wonderful dinner there last night. The service was quick and the food and drinks were amazing. My first experience with North Italia was at the Dominion in Austin, TX and it was amazing and the Woodlands location was no exception. A++++ ALL THE WAY AROUND!

We had Kadesha and she was what made the experience exceptional. She knew the drinks and the food to make excellent suggestions that were amazing! She also had the perfect amount of conversation to serving our needs.
