Rashad’s service was amazing! He has a welcoming personality, knew the menu, and offered great suggestions. Through his recommendations we had the espresso martini, lobster, shrimp, crab stuffed tortellini, the garlic bread. Everything was amazing and we would love to the Valentine’s Day pasta on the full menu, it was all we could talk about that night. Thank you for a delicious experience!

My experience was not great. I will not be returning due to how they handle their own mistakes with the check and the unprofessionalism of their management staff was. My original visit over a year ago, the a manager at the time was the reason my family wanted to return as he was courteous, professional, and made the experience fun for my entire family. The management staff now made me feel uncomfortable and as if I was wrong for a mistake they made that I pointed out to them. My family did enjoy their food and the ambience but due to how the issue was handled I would never return to this or any other north italia.

Food was flavorful and fresh. Everything i ordered had such great flavor and the ambiance was perfect for my date night.

Stormy was our server and she made us feel at home on Valentines Day. It was a super busy night with a lot of people and the music was jumping. Not ideal for a quiet, romantic dinner if that’s what you’re looking for, which we were not. Despite the crowds, our service was excellent - attentive and super friendly.

Been going to North Italia for 5 years now, still hands down my favorite restaurant in the city. Always my suggestion.

Good food and excellent service. Jeffrey was as usual a great help and provided magnificent and smiling service. Bolognese was top, as well as the Bread and olive oil before that ! Yummy. Grazie mille !

I was excited to have dinner here as I have been to other branches and had a great time. DC North Italia was not it. The service was awful and it put a damper on the whole evening

We came during their posted dates of restaurant week, only to be told they were no longer serving their restaurant week special dinner. A little disappointed in the overall experience for the price, but still a good meal and a good time.
