One person in our party ordered a pizza. It came out with the rest of the food. It was cold so it was sent back. 15 min later they brought it back reheated but hard and cold again. Sent it back. Took it off the check but for the level of the restaurant I expected more.

We had a lovely evening with excellent and timely service before a Kennedy Center event. The ice cream desserts were wonderful!

Great food. Great service. But so gosh darn loud! Why do they have music blaring?! The acoustics are terrible and you can’t hear the person next to you at your own table. At least turn off the music, please.

The food was great, the service was very good and we had a great time and enjoyed our time at this restaurant. We split the bill with our friends and everything looked great until the other day when we saw that they charged the bill to our credit card 4 times. They told that it was a mistake that sometimes happens, that they get confused and charge the same credit card and not the two that were given to the person in charge ( never happened to us before and we split the bill many times when we go to a restaurant with friends). But not only they made this mistake, but one hour after we were gone they charged the whole bill again to the credit card. I don’t know how they can do that if they didn’t have the credit card and we were not there. So after a great evening, the day after we had spent a lot of time calling the restaurant, calling the bank, and making a dispute of the wrong charges to our credit card. That should not happen in any restaurant! We love North Italia, but after this, I will think it twice before going back. Although, they were very responsive and said that they will fix the problem, when we called the bank there is a charge for the whole bill that is pending, and although they made the mistake of not splitting the bill to the two credit cards, it seems that they still want to charge us for the whole amount. So disappointed!

The food was really good, many options to choose and the plates were well prepared and presented, the service would have been better if the waitress are less stressed or in a rush.
