This was my first time dining here and I’m so impressed with the level of hospitality, service and food. It was hard to make a decision on what to order, as it all looked amazing, but I settled on the simple salad which I shared with my friend and the grilled bread with good olive oil both delicious. I had the seared sea scallops which apparently is a new item and I think it should be permanent because it was amazing. We finished with the olive oil lemon cake with lemon curd and blueberries, and yes it was as delicious as it looked. I think this might be my new favorite restaurant! Thank you Leva for your sassy kindness and wonderful service!

Only one small observation, the pizza takes a good hour to come out. We order salad and pizza and the salad comes out almost immediately but the pizza takes an hour. We make a point to ask every time if the pizza will take so long and they say no but it still takes forever. We end taking the pizza to go since we are done with our other food and drinks by the time the pizza is served! Otherwise a nice place and nice atmosphere.

Ordered food, appetizer arrived quickly. Then waited more than 45 minutes for our dinner to arrive. Was told that items were in front of our order, but saw food coming out for people who arrived after us. Manager claimed the kitchen tried to space out food so that not everything arrived at same time, so appetizer slowed down the rest of food. Manager did comp appetizer and part of meal, but we will not be coming back.

Ishmael was amazing. He redeemed the experience. My wife and I were celebrating our 26 year anniversary. We had a reservation and were sat at a table inside for 10 minutes and did not get even a smile from a server. I asked the host to seat us at a table with a server who had more margin for us because everyone seemed stressed and busy. I did not want to subject my bride to a server who was not attentive. We were moved to a beautiful outside table and our server Ishmael was a great server who was attentive and kind. At first I thought it would be a bad experience but he redeemed it for us.

I loved the restaurant; the food was great and the waiter was very friendly. However, there is no excuse for the long wait for cocktails, especially since the restaurant wasn't busy. And for the second round of cocktails was even a lot longer.

Very nice atmosphere and the food is very good. However, the seevice was awful. We sat down at 1:15 on a Wednesday and the place was half full. However, we did not get food until 2:00. I witnessed another table walk out due to lack of service. Our waiter was very nice and he was apologetic about the wait. However, if they want to survive, they need to up their game.

First time dining at North Italia. Was worried about it being Fathers Day bit the service was solid, the food was good and the atmosphere was nice. All in all a place we would come back to.

I was very disappointed in the service today. It was Father’s Day and I wanted to take our family out to a nice brunch and the service was absolutely horrible. Our reservation was at 11:45AM and we didn’t get our meals until 2:30PM. The waitress was very sweet and tried her best. The manager came by and she was so dismissive and when she came to our table, she seemed annoyed that we had a question. She mentioned our food would be out in 2 minutes, which wasn’t true. In addition, we wanted to order the steak and eggs and they were completely out and they didn’t even have coffee mugs! They had to bring our coffee in a to-go cup. Given it’s a holiday weekend, I expected so much more.
