This place is a disaster. We arrived on time for our reservation. The manager said it would be several minutes to prep our table. He then disappeared never to return. Twenty minutes later we went to the hostess. She then sat us at a table that apparently was not assigned to any of the wait staff. Several tables were seated after, with their orders being taken, while we waited. Ultimately, a server came by and explained no one was assigned to our table (which was surrounded by other tables being served). We finally left and went to another restaurant. Never will I ever go here again. I would recommend avoiding the place at all costs. It’s a joke.

North Italia is one of my favorite restaurants. Everything on the menu is delicious. We had the salmon, sausage pizza, carpaccio, and a few drinks . Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu items.

We had horrible service. Bread was served without bread plates. We asked for a second order of bread and got plates, but never got the bread. Entrees arrived at different times so our party of four ate at separate times. My entree, short ribs, was warm, not hot. We were at the table for over 2 hours and had to flag down servers twice to get drinks refilled. Literally the worst service I’ve had in a long time.

While the vibe at this place is fun and trendy the quality and professionalism falls extremely short. We had an early dinner for Father’s Day planned so menu items should have been plentiful and well stocked. Out of 11 people in our party, 8 of us had to scramble to find something different to order because not only was our first choice not available but for some of us even our second choice was gone. Clearly management does not care because no effort was made to “make things right” and no manager ever came over to apologize. What restaurant doesn’t plan ahead and order more food for special occasions such as Fathers Day. Apparently this is a regular occurrence regardless of the special occasion because the only reason we got for not having a plentiful amount of food was “oh well it’s Sunday”. And the final nail in the proverbial coffin . . . The food was cold. Awful experience.

Love, love, love. Great service, thoughtful staff and food is consistently delicious as always. Went for brunch and it never disappoints.

Years ago north was one of my favorite restaurants, unfortunately, I can no longer say that. While the service and the atmosphere were wonderful the food was not. Calamari was greasy, salad was less than average and the pasta left a lot to be desired. I definitely would not recommend it nor would I go back.
