Could have been five stars had the food been better. Grilled bread came out hardly grilled and cold. Salad was good. Crispy Parmesan was good and branzino fish nice. Disappointing desserts. Heavy and bland. We’ll go again hopefully things will improve

The food was excellent; the salads and the pastas were greatly enjoyed by all four of us. We sat outside and it was very pleasant on a September evening. The inside was crowded, energetic and too noisy for our liking. The service was a bit slow though; perhaps they should have each wait staff be responsible for fewer tables. It was a Saturday evening and very busy.

My party was taken care of by Kathy D. She was fantastic -- super attentive, quick on everything and just a pleasant person. Very much appreciated her service. Food was all excellent; everyone enjoyed their meals.

Once again the service, food, and drinks at North Italia were excellent. Our server Waad did a marvelous job. The Simple Salad and Chicken Parm were outstanding, as always. We are never disappointed with North Italia whether we are a party of two or a party of eight.

I’ve been to North Italia in DC and Tysons. I’ve had a great experience so far and it was one of my favorite restaurants. I took my friend’s family out for a treat to the Reston location and my experience was not great. The ambience was nice, and the waiter was friendly. But we didn’t get water until we asked them a few times, didn’t get silverware until we asked them a couple of times. Food was underprepared and I had to request dishes to be re-done. Overall it was an underwhelming experience. They really need to step things up and ensure that this location lives up to the DC and Tysons location standards.

Our family had a great dinner tonight. I had the calamari to start and the scallops entree. Both were delicious. I’m not big on salad, but I tasted the seasonal salad and the Caesar’s salad and much to my surprise both were surprisingly good. My wife, brother and daughter raved about their salads.
