Been here at least a dozen times before. On this occasion it's made reservations for 3, 2 of the people were celebrating birthdays. Service was very slow, but not surprising, it was quite busy, and top be expected on a Friday night. Server was definitely overwhelmed and had too many tables at one time. Drink order took 20 min from ordering to actually getting them. Had ordered the fresh bread, Ricotta app l. This came way before our drinks did and was cold, had been sitting in the window too long. It was a bummer since id hyped this up to my 2 guests. And then we ordered salads, entrees. Asked for salads to come out first and then pasta. It all came out together and again the pasta fish was lukewarm at best. Couldn't ever get it rectified since the server never came back. At this point we didn't even want to celebrate with a birthday dessert. And how could we, the server never offered us another drink, nor ever ask how the food was. Nada. She literally dropped our check along with about 7 other tables all at the same time. Never saw a manager or any other person to ask about meal or if we needed anything. We weren't the only table that was ignored, the entire patio was looking for someone. If you're looking for a good place to celebrate for a birthday, id definitely not choose this place again., def not on a busy night. It was dissapointing and price point wise we got Dennys service quality.

We went a Tuesday by 5:00 pm and there was not a lot of people and the food wait was not that long and the waiter was nice with us and helped us with the menu

We so enjoy dining at North Italia. It’s a little upscale but not snooty. The food is amazing and the service is always excellent - the servers are very friendly and personable. Today my husband and I celebrated his birthday by sharing the delicious grilled bread, farmhouse salad and meatball pizza. They gave us a complimentary dessert to cap off a perfect lunch. We will definitely be back - one of our favorite restaurants!

Our server was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. She was great with the kids and brought covered cups so they wouldn't spill. The food was to die for as always.
