Unique Italian food in a great location. Sat on the patio, which was very nice and comfortable. Waitress did a great job. Found the food and beverages to be pricey for the portion sizes. They were out of the first two items I ordered which was a bit disappointed. We splurged on the Brookie for dessert and it was worth the price. Overall would recommend for a nice meal.

Service was very slow; one of the five entrees arrived 15 minutes after the others; food was okay except just warm, not hot, when served; 20-minute wait for beverage order

We have dined at North Italia many times in the past and were excited to try the new location. Food had no taste which was surprising because North restaurants are usually consistent. The chicken parmesan had no flavor and the side of pasta was hard and cold. The strazaparetti (a usual favorite) had no taste and was almost entirely a bowl of mushrooms. Prior to dining we ordered gift cards since they are doing the holiday special. It took almost an hour for them to figure out the correct check. They kept coming back with receipts of different prices and nothing made sense. At that point we were at the table for almost 4 hours and started to get frustrated. Highly disappointing experience as long time North/Fox restaurant customers….

It was my first time eating at North Italia and it was amazing, food was great, and service was awesome, Allie was so nice and gave good recommendations. I had a pomegranate mule, the little gem Caesar, Calamari Fritti, Strozzapreti as entree and the pumpkin butter cake, all great choices, no disappointments.

We were encouraged to sit outside as the heaters were warm. They sat us at a table where the heater was broken. The table next to us was empty with a working heater but the said that table was reserved for someone else. We were there from 8p- 9:30 and no one ever came and sat at the warm table. So not only were we cold but our food came out cold too. There was nothing special about the food either. Will not go back.

Always exciting when a new restaurant opens…especially since my part of town has been lacking a good places to dine…for years! North…the building…is just gorgeous and BIG! The patio/bar is so much fun…and also large! Great atmosphere…can’t comment on the inside…other than again…huge! Service was great…I think the servers are happy we are there…hope it continues to offer smiling helpful staff! Everyone mentions the yummy “bread”…very tasty…give it a try! Homemade pasta…delicious…and a good size serving! We each tried a different entree…all very good! I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the offering’s! My martini was chilled and delicious…with three olives…just like i enjoy it! Extra touch…when the screens went up…we had a lovely sunset…the ending of a perfect dining experience!

Seated close to an open doorway and felt a bit cold even though heaters were on. Three orders of scallops were sent back and remade , they were burned. Chicken Parmesan was also over cooked , two meals, but not returned, too hungry.
