The quality of the meals was horrible. The food tasted watered down with no flavor. We did not get refills as it seemed to be busy with not enough staff. It was a night to celebrate so we chose North Italia but were upset overall. Will not be returning.

Love this place. Server was excellent. But tonight, strangely the food took extremely long to get to the table. No explanation from the server. Chalk it up to a bad night.

It is a sin for this restaurant to call themselves North Italia. The pasta my son had was bland, lukewarm and a can of Beef-a-roni would have been better. My branzino with assorted vegetables was served lukewarm and the fish over cooked. Everything was so salty, only thanks to a grilled lemon half was I able to try a few bites. Our server didn’t check on us until the $80 check was delivered. After telling her about the food she brought us a comped tiramisu and I hate to say that Italians would be embarrassed by it . I have been to Italy, and I have eaten at some of the best restaurants in the US and North Italia Should be ashamed. Take lessons from Carbone’s in Vegas.

It was my first time at this location. We sat outdoors and it was lovely. Our waitress was outstanding! My daughter and I split a salad and entree and it was so nice that they split it for us and served us each our own plates. The chicken parm was excellent! I will go there again!

Food is good but they haven’t gotten their act together from a service perspective. We were there for an hour before we received our entrees (and we ordered 15 minutes after we were seated). Service is VERY inconsistent.

We visited this restaurant for Father's Day and really enjoyed the food. However, we were a bit disappointed with the service. Although I understand that this may not reflect the usual standard of the restaurant, the service certainly impacted our overall experience. We had to wait about 20 minutes for water and had to ask multiple times for things. At one point, my husband had to get something for himself. Despite the delicious food, our service experience was not the best. Hopefully, our next visit will be better.
