Another great visit to North. We haven't been in a couple of weeks but the great thing is how consistent it is. Everything from the service to the food. Melanie (Mel) was our server and she was amazing. She is a huge asset to your organization! She recognized us from previous visits and is always giving off great, positive energy. She was attentive, conversational and did it all with a sincere smile. The food and beer were great too. We just had apps and beer but they were all delicious. Tuna Crudo! We get this every visit and it is amazing. Cacio Pepe Arancini! Delicous! We also got the Eggplant Parm app which was also good.

Almost a 3 hour dinner with just ordering 2 entrees and 4 drinks… place wasn’t even packed everything just took forever and our server maybe stopped by 4 times total in that 3 hrs

I have been many times and service yesterday was bad. It took a very long time to get our food, over 30 mins. They apologized and compensated with a free dessert. Food finally arrived and it was cold. The restaurant was hot, they had all the big sliding door open to let all the hot air in. Why?? My free dessert too so long to get that one too. Service was horrible.
