Since it was New Years Eve, we knew ahead of time there would be a prefixed menu costing $65 a person plus whatever drinks and additional sides ordered.... Fine...They bring the bill.... and shortly after that they come to our table and advised that the bill was wrong because the computer glitched and did not charge the prefixed menu prices... Turns out our bill was an additional $35 more.... kinda not our fault and the original bill was already handed off to us.... but not to make a stink as we were 7 people.. we let it go... but I think that was just wrong..... Food and Service it was not our mistake and they should have scrutinized the bill prior to giving it to us. Food and service was good otherwise.

Our third visit to North Italia and just as great as always. We were excited for the three course NYE menu and it did not disappoint. Service was just as outstanding as the food. We’ll be back!

It took 15-20 ominutes to be seated despite a reservation and half the tables open. They must have been low on servers. Our appetizer came out when we were halfway done our entree with no apology. We only saw our waiter twice - when he took our order and brought the check. Our chicken Parm was burned along the edges and was lacking much cheese or sauce on top.

My husband and I have eaten at North Italia before, and there's a reason we return again and again... the food is delicious! Last night we each thoroughly enjoyed our dinner entree choices, my Old Fashioned was so-o-o good, and Anna, our server, was exceptional.

My husband and I tried out this restaurant for the first time and it was truly top quality. We had a wonderful server Maurice who was super attentive and knowledgeable. The food was delicious as well! Would recommend to all.
