First time dining at North Italia. Service was great. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Food was excellent, especially the Zucca chips! Definitely try them! Great experience and great food!

Our waitress Jessica was really knowledgeable, pleasant and attentive. Our cocktails were excellent as were our shrimp in skillet.

We eat frequently at North Italia! Good food overall. Our server Maddy was exceptional, she was friendly and attentive and made sure that we were well looked after.

I had North Italia in Scottsdale and was pleased to find one local to me in KOP. Server was great. Food came out fast and was all delicious. No complaints at all.

Way too loud! Met with friends and had a hard time conversing. We should have sat outside. The acoustics (which do nothing to tone down the crowd’s talking) and the loud music are not a good combination. Our waiter was friendly and efficient. However, we ordered two glasses of wine. Both of us were given what I later found out were “Terzas”, a small carafe. Too much wine for me and more expensive. We should not have been given these when we each asked for a glass. The choice is glass, terza or bottle. No idea why he did this. They are probably encouraged to upsell but you must give customers what they order. Friends liked their pasta, which is house made. I liked the arancibi but felt the gem Caesar was lacking in flavor and presentation. My husband didn’t like the sauce on his pizza but that’s just a personal choice. The bread and olive oil were below par. Good wine selection I won’t return unless I can sit outdoors. The noise is just too much.
