As a true Italian and regular traveler all over, this place was nothing short of terrible. Service was fine but food was horrible. Appetizers were my first warning. Dried bread with bad oil and for the birds. My entree was one of the worst I’ve eaten. I know polenta as I grew up on it. What this place served was watered down grits with old , tasteless meat they called short ribs. No seasoning and no flavor. Inedible food all around. And $18.50 for basic wine they called super Tuscan? Not a chance. I should have gotten the pizza as it looked ok. Other entrees coming out looked questionable. This place was just terrible and a “ no more chances “.

Great birthday dinner for our 18year old son. The calamari was delicious, garlic truffle bread with ricotta is outstanding. I love my salmon. Others love the pizza and chicken. I think north Italia is fantastic

We waited around 10-15 minutes, and nobody attended to us. Eventually, I had to call over a staff member who wasn’t responsible for taking orders. Throughout the entire dinner, the waitress/waiter never came to apologize. This was the worst service quality I’ve ever experienced.

I wish I could give less than one star. I was sitting in a booth a server spilled an entire pitcher of ice water down my back. My entire dress was wet. The server was mortified and apologized profusely for soaking me but the management’s lack of emotional intelligence skills were baffling. His answer was to change our server. Then we received a terrible mocktail which our new server didn’t notice we didn’t consume because it tasted like nail polish remover. Then he told us he thought the kitchen “forget” about our appetizer. So it came right before the food and wasn’t hot. I have seen better customer recovery from McDonald’s. We paid for the most awful meal and even worse service. After we paid the bill our server said oh here’s a free tiramisu since we threw water on you lol. I was baffled. The leadership at this location needs to be completely revamped. The sheer ambivalence and disrespect was hard to believe. I wouldn’t recommend this place to take your pet for dinner. And if you do by all means don’t allow them to sit you next to the drink section. I will be sticking to founding farmers, Eddie v, and legal seafood. And again I understand it was an accident, it was the lack of regard afterward and 0 effort to rectify the experience. I guess if you respond with class and dignity it is met with dismissal.

Christian, the server, was very attentive. At first we had a very wobbly table and the staff provided another one that wasn't wobbly. Sitting outside was peaceful and perfect weather for it. The pastas were very good!

Food was great. Serving size was not big. The I guess manager or whatever he is was very rude. We had our son with use and a stroller. We asked if there was a place to put it and he looked at us and said no. We don’t have room for that here. Kind of ruin the experience felt like they didn’t want kids. Our waiter was amazing.
