The food at North Italia is remarkable. I highly recommend the Italian meatballs along with the chicken Parmesan. The service, however, was very poor. It took an hour to receive our entrees, and when we asked about them we were not greeted with a friendly response. Instead, they pretended like it was a normal wait time. Having been to other North Italia locations, I know this is not the case. My table was also never checked in on, nor were our drinks replenished. I’ll take this as a result of them having their opening weekend and I truly hope this is something they will work on in order to improve the dining experience.

This place was packed on Saturday afternoon. We loved our waitress but it took exactly 1 hour plus to receive our meal. The chicken and beet salad had no chicken…they did compensate with a free desert. Another meal was way too salty…they replaced it. The bread was awesome! Our server was engaging and really nice. We think they are getting all the hiccups out as they have only been open a short time. Desert was the donuts which were to die for. Loved the heaters outside. We will go back in about a month. Note that parking was difficult to find.

This new big and bright North Italia has the same great food and service as the original location on Rampart! Our server was exceptional!! This restaurant has lots of natural light, which I loved!!!! The white truffle garlic bread is always a must!

Excellent food. Good service. Nice atmosphere. We’re glad they opened one around here. It’s nice to have an option for great food that isn’t absurdly expensive these days. It’s a great outdoor place when the weather warms up again, too.

Not new to North Italia but their kitchen staff are very consistent with not adhering to food safety requirements. We had this issue multiple times in Summerlin and stopped going there over 3 years ago. The Henderson location opened and thought we would try. My history regarding my allergy is well known within North Italia and the guest chit. The waiter Murray was outstanding and we would love to see him again. My salad - freshly made showed up with a cut tomato hiding in my salad. Despite the fact that the waiter wrote it in order and the numerous notes available to the kitchen. The one manager thought it was funny and then never came back to talk with me. I asked for the GM and he did come speak with me and promised to get to the bottom of it. It’s sad that now 2 North Italia apparently hire kitchen staff that don’t care about what they are doing in prepping a guests food. Food Safety is mandatory for kitchen staff and all staff should be held accountable for not performing to standards. There are agencies like the Health Department that do take it serious.

Food was delicious, service was great! Great date night place or special occasion dinner. I wish it was a little less expensive but you can’t have everything. LOL. So glad this place is open now in my neck of the woods!

I stopped in this afternoon for lunch. I ordered the shrimp scampi which was rich and flavorful with fresh garlic, butter and toasted bread on the side. The other dish I tried was the yellowtail crudo, which was incredibly refreshing and delicious. I had the honor of being taken care of by Reggie, Chris B and Chris T at the bar, their service was excellent! Can’t wait to bring my family back!
