New restaurant but it seems the front and back of house do not communicate. We ordered an app and waited and waited. Finally the waiter stopped by and went to check. He came back and said “I saw it being finalized so 1 minute”. 10 minutes later, as he never did a drive by again, the manager asked how things were and we explained that we did not get the app. He went back and check and explained that someone else grabbed ours but he expedited ours and it will be 2 minutes. Guess what, didn’t follow up. Eventually it showed up about a minute before the mains. Overall the quality was good but the overall experience was sour for $100+ dollars

Seemed pricey for the portion sizes and options. While the food was okay, it wasnt worth the price and won’t be back because didnt really love the menu selection either. Server was nice but did take a while.

Normally i typically LOVE . North Italia ; The waiter brought the wrong meal for one of us, and it took about an hour for them to bring the correct dish (by the time the rest of us were ready for desert). The Manager apologized after we found her, and said they were all a new crew. The waiter said he would bring another drink and then another staff brought wine rather than the drink she asked for. The music was too loud to hear each other. The pasta didnt seem as cooked as it is on the west side. We then waited for deserts (on the house ) for quite awhile after the bill . It seemed that waitstaff weren’t coordinated or professional as they are on the west side.

North Italian is an excellent restaurant, lunch or dinner. The staff is bright, energetic, knowledgeable, and the service is perfect. Highly recommend!

WE VISITED NORTH ITALIA for the first time yesterday. At 3:30 we had were given the Brunch menu. I guess the dinner menu came out at 4. We were fortunate to get Marie from Peru as our waitress. She was wonderful and gave us her recommendations. We started with the Hot Honey Prosciutto pizza and it was fabulous. I ordered the house specialty Pappardelle Bolognese. The fresh delicate pasta was incredible and the beef and sauce perfectly cooked. My wife ordered the short rib lasagna. Unfortunately it was too rich or her taste. My brother n law ordered a pasta dish with cream sauce and truffles...Not sure the name of the dish. He loved it and my taste test was delicious. We will definitely return and will do our best to have Maria take care of our table. Our Sunday dinner definitely a win win. We saw many delicious plates coming from the kitchen so there is plenty to look forward too,

North Natalia offers some interesting spins on classic dishes. Last night we enjoyed the spicy rigatoni vodka which wasn't as creamy as a traditional vodka sauce, but had a nice kick to it. The addition of mushrooms, sausage and pancetta gave it extra heartiness. The butternut squash polenta was a pleasant surprise. We could have just made a meal out of a bunch of small plates such as the burrata and grilled bread, the seasonal squash and creamy polenta which made a great combination and the cacio e pepe arancini with creamy pesto sauce was also delicious. The service was friendly and the vibe was energetic. North Italia is a welcome addition to GVR.
