Our server was knowledgeable and friendly and made our visit enjoyable, and the garlic bread we ordered as an appetizer was beyond delicious. While I understand from a business perspective to maximize the seating capacity, it would have been ideal to have more space from the couple seated next to us---who seemed very nice and friendly. This was probably my only complaint with North Italia. I understand it is the Christmas season with many guests wanting to be served, but as a customer I would have preferred more distance from the party next to me.

Portions are good, food was delicious, and our waiter Giancarlo was very friendly and great at his job. We will definitely be back soon.

We have been to North Italia twice and both times had a great waitress which set the tone for a great experience.

I dine at North Italia quite often, but usually by myself. I came with my mom and another friend. Everybody loved it. The ambiance was great. Our server was fantastic. The food was, as always, delicious. This is our new place in Green Valley.

Had an early holiday lunch with some girlfriends. Was greeted warmly and promptly. Was taken to a table that was very conducive to talking with 5 friends. Our waiter, Chris was outstanding! He was attentive, but no overly so. He didn't rush us so he could clear the table for the next people. He just couldn't go out of his way more to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Very rare to find that at a restaurant these days. The food came out in a timely manner, (sorry no pictures). Everything was well prepared and delicious. I had eaten in North Italia in Summerlin and was quite impressed. I am happy to have one locally. Acoustically it's fairly noisy, but at lunch time not bad. If you don't like a noisy restaurant stick to lunch time. I would definitely go back!

Our server was about the most princess I’ve ever encountered . She didn’t know what items the kitchen didn’t have, forgot drinks , never came back to ask if we need refills. She was on the kitchen chit chatting with staff instead of watching her tables . The food is good and consistent but staff at this location needs help. The entrance is a mess also as no waiting area.

We were there celebrating a birthday for our dear friend Linda and had a wonderful experience. Our server Ebby was great, the food and drinks were excellent and we loved being there. We are so happy to have a North Italia in Henderson. That was two nights in a row for me!
