Another enjoyable dinner at North Italia! This time on Christmas Eve. The service was delightful and festive (generous tip for working so joyfully on Christmas Eve). The food and wine were excellent. The patio was perfectly warm from 4:00-6:00 without the heaters…75 degrees in December! Love AZ!

This was our first time at North Italia and it did not disappoint. Bryan C was our server and he was consistently checking on our table to see if we needed anything, he made sure that our food was hot and perfect, and he made sure that we had enough to drink at all times. He shared with us his favorite dishes and drinks. Brian C was phenomenal and made our experience memorable! Everyone was so friendly, personable, and thanked us for our business. We will be back!!

Sunday before Christmas and we were able to get in when we requested. It seemed quiet so I’m sure others were out shopping. Our server, Ruth, was a delight! She was quite happy to make suggestions and able to describe the entrees perfectly. I had Ricotta Cavatelli and my husband had Shrimp Scampi with a bowl of Tomato Bisque. My husband was in heaven when he got his bisque. He LOVES tomato soup and was at first disappointed because Ruth had to tell him they were all out. However, when she went back in the kitchen she found there was enough for one more bowl! My Ricotta Cavatelli was a perfect blend of flavors! The lump crab with the tiger shrimp, the cavatelli noodles and the lovely lemon butter was sooo delicious that I can’t wait to go back for more. My husband got tired of me saying how good and delicious this dish was! It was a good thing! We had a lovely meal and were prepared to go back out in the Christmas crowds. Thank you to Ruth for her wonderful service and delightful hospitality! We hope to have her on our next visit. Oh yes, my husband thoroughly enjoyed his Shrimp Scampi, too. He just couldn’t get a word in edgewise due to me.

Greeters seated us right away. Our server Avery was kind, professional and courteous. He took the time to discuss what his top choices, ensured our food came out as planned and we loved our time there. We are regulars. Thank you North Italia team. We had the margherita pizza, kale salad with salmon, Tuscan hash breakfast and banana coffee cake. Delicious.

We celebrated my dad’s birthday with a few family friends and we all had a great time. The service was great, it was busy and loud but we didn’t mind, we understand that this is a popular place. The food was delicious as always. Thank you for a great time

We were celebrating a birthday. It literally took an hour and thirty minutes, after our order was taken, for our food to arrive. Our server was vigilant in interacting with the kitchen staff but they seemed completely disorganized and inept. I watched the fiasco unfold from the vantage point of our booth. This was the third time in a row that we have experienced an inordinately long wait time. The food is very good but certainly not worth the aggravation…
