The food is consistently good at North Italia Franklin location. It's a great vibe and sitting outside is always enjoyable. The arancini appetizer was outstanding, strozzapreti pasta dish was excellent, branzino also was delicious and perfectly prepared. The arugula salad and caeser were both really good and portions were just right. The service was not as good as it usually is, but it was still satisfactory.

Service was sluggish in the bar area but got better as we decided to just eat in the bar area rather than wait for our table to open up. Food was ok.

Great restaurant and food. The only thing I have a bit of a complaint about is that when eating in the dining room as opposed to the bar, it takes quite a while to get drink orders, in particular, wine, at my last experience where 3 of us had ordered wine.

Our overall experience was good. I was disappointed that even after making 6:30 pm reservations 3 weeks in advance, we were seated in a back corner booth near the service stations and directly behind a table with noisy young children.

I enjoyed the local feel of the restaurant. Several folks at the bar are regulars. Good food and service.
