Our waitress, Kyara, was delightful. Attentive without being intrusive. Took great care of us. Food was delicious. It was a bit noisy. Families close by not controlling their kids. It’s a different clientele than the Post Oak location.

My wife and I had lunch there today. I must say it is highly unlikely that we will ever be back. There were lots of failures. First, it took too long for someone to come and take a drink order. I think that we should’ve realized at that point that our server was not going to be the best. After she delivered our menus, it was a long time before she returned. Second, my wife ordered the Caprese sandwich. It was a gloppy mess. It was not the kind of sandwich you would expect which would have sliced tomatoes, sliced mozzarella and pesto. It was like the tomatoes had been chopped up, and the cheese had been sitting with the tomatoes and the greens all in it together for a while, and then it was scooped out and placed on the bread. It was a giant mess. the sandwich came with a mixed green salad, which was basically a handful of greens which were overdressed. Third, after our food was delivered (not by our server, ) No one came to check on us or offer refills on drinks until it was time to bring us the check. All in all it was just not a great experience. And into town where there’s so many solid restaurants it’s hard to want to come back to one where you have an experience like we did. UPDATE - WHILE I DID NOT CHANGE ANY OF THE RATINGS, I DID WANT TO NOTE THAT THE GENERAL MANAGER CHRISTIAN CALLED ME TODAY TO DISCUSS MY COMMENTS. I THINK HE HANDLED SITUATION IN A MOST PROFESSIONAL MANNER WHICH SPEAKS QUITE HIGHLY OF HIM. I'LL SPARE THE DETAILS, BUT I TAKE IT AS A VERY POSITIVE SIGN WHEN FOLKS CALL TO LEARN MORE SO THEY CAN IMPROVE OR ENSURE THAT BAD EXPERIENCES ARE NOT REPEATED. We had drinks at the bar first and the bartenders did an excellent job listening to our orders and then preparing delicious Dirty Martinis. They were very friendly and quick. Perhaps our server was responsible for too many tables, because it was difficult to get simple things such as a fork or water refills. She was friendly, but not efficient. Additionally, drinks from the bar took 25 minutes both times we ordered from the table. Finally, we loved the zucca chips the first time ordered them two months ago. Since then we’ve ordered them two more times and both times were very disappointed. The second time they were so greasy they looked wet. Last night a bowl of crumbs was delivered. We won’t be ordering them again.

The restaurant overall is fun and the food is pretty good. But service is definitely a problem. On my last visit, the hostess seated someone else in our reservation and my party was made to wait an additional 30 minutes rather than kicking the people who stole our table out. This time we did not have that problem but we were seated and no one came to check on us for 15 minutes. We had to ask who our server was to get someone to come take drink orders. Then after she served our drinks another 15 minutes went by and we had to flag her down again to order. Drinks were not refilled without our asking, dirty dishes piled up without being cleared. While our waitress was very nice and pleasant, she really paid very little attention to us without being asked, and same with other staff walking by our table multiple times. It’s a very cute place and I enjoy the food, but they definitely need to work on the service

Came here on a date night, and liked it so much I recommended it for my sisters birthday 2 days later. Everyone enjoyed it. The bolognese was delicious, and the tomato with burrata was a group favorite.

Service was very very slow! They brought out wrong pizza for one guest and everyone had finished eating by the time the correct pizza came out. Had to remind twice to bring iced tea we ordered. Never refilled waters. Food was good but the bad service made the experience poor.
