When I entered the restaurant I really liked the decoration, the atmosphere and the service. The food were incredible! What I liked the most was the Paloma that they prepared for us and for dessert they had a nice gesture with my husband for his birthday. Thank you very much!

I noted in our reservation that it was our anniversary. The hostess sat us in a back corner table by the kitchen and I asked to move. I was told the two seater I noticed was reserved. I mentioned I wasn’t aware tables could specifically be reserved which then the hostess begrudgingly sat us. We ordered drinks and an appetizer to start. We did not receive our drinks until after we finished the appetizer which I needed to remind the server of. Our anniversary was not recognized verbally or even with a complementary dessert which most restaurants offer. Aside from the delicious food, it was not a pleasurable experience and I would not recommend going here for a special occasion.

Bolognese was very good. Service was great even though they were busy. Highly recommend the bombolini for desert.

The short rib risotto was delicious. I had a great time. Our waitress was so friendly and attentive.

This was not our first time, but it was our first holiday experience in-doors. My daughter and I frequented during the summer and always ate outside. The food was simply amazing as always, as well as the waitstaff. I have a seafood allergy and my waitress was spectacular in making sure I was taken care of. If you haven’t been, go. You will not be disappointed.

Bad service at Ballantyne location . Food was good and they accommodated our reservation time and size.

The New Years set menu was overpriced. We felt rushed to order when we sat down, then it took about half an hour for appetizers to come out, and the meatballs were served almost cold. We had to go and get drinks from the bar as our server didn’t return for quite some time. Entrees tasted very good but considering it’s an Italian restaurant, there was no Parmesan for pasta and no salt or pepper at the table. Desert was included in the price and sold out by the time we were served. They made up for it by including a different desert, however it was barely one messy spoonful in the bowl. I would have preferred no desert and a discount than the one we received. For a set menu at $70 per person, I would expect a little more. I could have ordered off the regular menu and not even come close to that price. Overall, probably won’t return given the quality of other restaurants in the bowl.

NYE dining experience was not good . Fixed rate was very expensive and I did not know it was going to be a limited menu. That information was not posted on their website . If I’d known we would not have gone there
