Our server Joanna was amazing. The service was a little slow but Joanna’s customer service made up for it.

Not worth going back again. Very small Caesar’s salad. Pizza was blah! We were not offered black ground pepper for the salad or pizza. We were not offered Parmesan cheese as an additional garnish on top of pizza or salad. They only offered passion fruit flavored iced tea. I asked for Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on the pizza. Our server brought a very small container with about a 1/4 tsp of cheese. She finally came back and asked if we want more. This was not a good experience at all. This restaurant needs a lot of refining!!

Had a 6:00 PM reservation but didnt get seated till 6:20. No big deal but it was kind of a sign of things to come. Server was friendly - took our drink order, then our food order. We ordered the classic chefs board and 4 entrees, including a pizza. One of the entrees came out quickly, followed by 2 entrees. Chefs board was nowhere to be found. The table next to ours was seated after us, and they got “their” pizza before we did (Come to find out they got our pizza). Our Chefs board finally arrived, followed by the pizza. The food was good, but the service was pretty chaotic. You could tell the servers were new to the restaurant which is understandable since the place only opened a couple of weeks ago. We’ll probably go back since the food was pretty good- hopefully they’ll work out all their kinks with service before then.

Food was great, terrible management who do not know the rules of the bonus program they were running at the time. I have also reported this to their corporate office.

It was wonderful! We went as a family and felt like we were treated as family there. Our server, Briana, was wonderful. We will definitely be going back. I highly recommend making reservations before hand.

Honestly I was so disappointed, which is heart breaking because I LOVE North Italia. I was excited to see there was one closer to my house, so I made a reservation for 8:15, and decided to bring my parents and Nina who have never been. We got there at 8 and checked in we were told there was a slight delay and would need to wait a few minutes, which then turned into an hour wait. We finally get seated and when ordering appetizers they were out of there truffle bread so we chose an alternative. Our drinks took a while to come and so did ordering our dinner. We finally got our order taken and waited 35 minutes before our waiter came back to tell us they were all out of pizzas which is what two people in my party ordered. There was nothing else they wanted so two people unfortunately didn’t get to eat. They also forgot about one of our cokes, and brought out our last beer with the check. I also was uncomfortable when the waiter admitted to “having to stoop so low they are bringing individual wrapped frozen pizzas”, not something that should have been said to customers. We ended up leaving around 10:30ish because of the wait for everything. I unfortunately will not be going back to this location.

Very excited to see that they were opening up a North Italia in the Los Cerritos Center, so we made reservations for the opening day. Ambience The renovation is beautiful, and I particularly like the bar area which extends to an open air patio. The inside has a great warm and spacious feel, and I like the special touches like the mural painted on the back wall inside. Food and drink We got to our reservation a little bit early, so we decided to have a drink at the bar. Luckily, we were there early enough to have happy hour specials. Wifey and I both got the Marco Polo, which was delicious Japanese whiskey cocktail. Highly recommend. For dinner, we had the eggplant Parmesan, the beef carpaccio, the lumache allá norcina, the branzino, and the seasonal butter cake for dessert. The eggplant Parmesan was a great start, a light breading, great crust, and the perfect amount of melted cheese and sauce. The beef carpaccio came out in slices, with a tasty dressing and seasoning along with the perfect amount of toasty bread to accompany it. I was a big fan. The lumache allá norcina was a pasta dish with large shells in a creamy, mushroom sauce with sausage. It reminded us of the cavatelli allá norcina from Bestia, but it was a much more generous portion! Fantastic dish. The branzino was perfect in a light creamy sauce, served with some veggies which my wife loved the most. The Brussels sprouts in that dish were incredible. Finally, we finished it off with the seasonal butter cake, which was surprisingly generous portion and so tasty. Butter cake is always a hit, but the pumpkin notes and toasted pepinos and crunchy topping added so much great textural contrast. Service Service was attentive, friendly, prompt, helpful, and well-informed. They cleared dishes and brought fresh plates and silverware when it was appropriate. We had several servers check in on us in a friendly way; definitely felt like we were taken care of! We will definite

Season Vegetable Salad - a burst of flavors in every bite! Spicey Rigatoni Vodka pasta, spice was perfect, light on the sauce enough to share for two people as well as the salad!
