Hostesses were super nice and cheerful Waiter was grouchy and not so friendly Food at North in other places is awesome, here it was super salty and gave me a stomach problem Atmosphere is nice but music is too loud And food made me sick maybe the shrimp scampi appetizer did it :(

I made a 7p reservation and checked in on arrival early. I took me three times to ask about my table before sitting about 25 minutes late. The server was very nice but we sat at our table about 10 minutes before being acknowledged. I made the reservation for 8 people and a high chair for our toddler and thought we would be seated closer to our reservation time( which I made a week in advance). The food was okay at least the bday celebration for my daughter was pleased with her selection. Maybe staff could have handled the reservation better since there were a couple of them at the front.

We went to brunch and then food was amazing. Atmosphere was amazing. The service was a bit slow, but it was pretty busy.

We were sat immediately but no actual service for 20 minutes. I had to stop a host who was cleaning the table next to us and ask for our server/waiter. He asked me if anyone has came by yet and I said no. Another 5 minutes later, this tall man came up behind our table and startled myself and my two friends and he loudly said “OKAY EVERYONE, has anyone came by to say hi besides myself?” And I said no but we are ready to order everything including drinks and food. He said okay and took our order. The same tall man did not visit our table once after we were given our food. Another lady who was waiting two other bigger parties starting helping us and she only came to ask us if we needed anything and to bring us our check. Such a sad experience because I love the location in Irvine, that North Italia was SO MUCH BETTER than this location. Mind you, it wasn’t even a busy night in Cerritos. Oh well - dont come here

To start thing make sure to make reservations, especially on the weekends. Service is great, the food was delicious and the employees are a lot more welcoming and attentive than other restaurants. This location has to be better than the Irvine location. Despite the location being a lot more busy than the other restaurants. They got our food a lot faster.
