Terrible service. We were brought and “seated” at the table with no dining chairs. They didn’t bother to bring us the kids menu. The food took super long time to brought out i think we waited almost 45 minutes for two pizza to come out. And the other masala dish while waiting for the pizza had become barely warm

Out food was delicious, but kitchen was slow. We have been here twice since opening and both time have had to wait a considerable time to get food on the table. Hopefully with time the kitchen will get up to speed.

Food and waiter service were great, however we had a frustrating reservation experience. We arrived a few minutes before our 5pm reservation and checked in with the hostess who said we’d be seated shortly. 20 minutes later and we still weren’t seated, with ton of parties called before us. We hate to be a bother but eventually we asked when we’d be seated and found out we weren’t called because someone was sitting in our table?? Frustrating, who knows how long we would have waited if we didn’t ask.

We came here to celebrate an engagement for my sister and they were so attentive and eve gave them a congratulatory pineapple dessert. Definitely recommend for future parties.

We went there first time since they open. We had such good experiences. It was my mom’s 80’ birthday. Food and service were excellent everyone loved it!!!

Food and service was excellent but portion of food was considerably less when you order anything vegetarian from the menu.

From start to finish our experience was great ! The restaurant was very clean and the seating was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and worked together (in my perspective) flawlessly. I truly appreciated how courteous the staff was when walking around, the few times I was walking through the restaurant to go to and from the restroom and when leaving the staff stepped aside and let me by. Most restaurants don’t have employees who will graciously step aside these days. Our server Glen was very knowledgeable and nice !

A favorite franchise - fa bene! Tony S was attentive and focused on the customer’s experience - the appetizers of prosciutto bruschetta and the melt-in-mouth meatballs were the stars on this menu. The spicy broccolini has heat and it is green - a delicious nutritious dish. The tie die margarita pizza is a pizza art. Great spot - will be back

OMG! For a chain, the food was excellent and we had superior service. Wish I knew our server’s name. Just loved her. So accomodating & professional. Agreat experience.

My family and I have been going to other North Italia restaurant for a few years now, and we were excited to find out that one was opening near my in laws. The food was delicious as expected, but the service was a different story. There were multiple instances were food was delivered to our table, but was not ours; long wait times for drinks; dish were served to the wrong people and a even server dropped a pizza dish directly on my sunglasses and didn't apologize. I will definitely go back to North Italia, but the Cerritos location will probably not be one of them in the near future. I may come back at later time to see if the hospitality service improves.
