We checked in and were seated promptly but waited over 15 minutes at our table before we walked out. Not a single server stopped by our table after we were sat although multiple continued to walk by us. I understand this is a new restaurant, but the service is atrocious. The servers were standing around at a back register gossiping and staring at patrons instead of assisting. There was one server we saw actually doing her job and trying to assist other tables. A couple next to us even had to shout across the restaraunt to get a servers attention. I love North Italia and we will possibly consider this location again in a few months if they can work out the kinks.

Our server Joanna was amazing. The service was a little slow but Joanna’s customer service made up for it.

Not worth going back again. Very small Caesar’s salad. Pizza was blah! We were not offered black ground pepper for the salad or pizza. We were not offered Parmesan cheese as an additional garnish on top of pizza or salad. They only offered passion fruit flavored iced tea. I asked for Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on the pizza. Our server brought a very small container with about a 1/4 tsp of cheese. She finally came back and asked if we want more. This was not a good experience at all. This restaurant needs a lot of refining!!

Had a 6:00 PM reservation but didnt get seated till 6:20. No big deal but it was kind of a sign of things to come. Server was friendly - took our drink order, then our food order. We ordered the classic chefs board and 4 entrees, including a pizza. One of the entrees came out quickly, followed by 2 entrees. Chefs board was nowhere to be found. The table next to ours was seated after us, and they got “their” pizza before we did (Come to find out they got our pizza). Our Chefs board finally arrived, followed by the pizza. The food was good, but the service was pretty chaotic. You could tell the servers were new to the restaurant which is understandable since the place only opened a couple of weeks ago. We’ll probably go back since the food was pretty good- hopefully they’ll work out all their kinks with service before then.

Food was great, terrible management who do not know the rules of the bonus program they were running at the time. I have also reported this to their corporate office.

It was wonderful! We went as a family and felt like we were treated as family there. Our server, Briana, was wonderful. We will definitely be going back. I highly recommend making reservations before hand.

Honestly I was so disappointed, which is heart breaking because I LOVE North Italia. I was excited to see there was one closer to my house, so I made a reservation for 8:15, and decided to bring my parents and Nina who have never been. We got there at 8 and checked in we were told there was a slight delay and would need to wait a few minutes, which then turned into an hour wait. We finally get seated and when ordering appetizers they were out of there truffle bread so we chose an alternative. Our drinks took a while to come and so did ordering our dinner. We finally got our order taken and waited 35 minutes before our waiter came back to tell us they were all out of pizzas which is what two people in my party ordered. There was nothing else they wanted so two people unfortunately didn’t get to eat. They also forgot about one of our cokes, and brought out our last beer with the check. I also was uncomfortable when the waiter admitted to “having to stoop so low they are bringing individual wrapped frozen pizzas”, not something that should have been said to customers. We ended up leaving around 10:30ish because of the wait for everything. I unfortunately will not be going back to this location.
