Our waiter Christian was friendly. The black kale salad and stone crab fried rice was delicious. The Dj spinning 90’s R&B was a vibe.

We had a lovely dinner at Norma tonight. Christian took great care of us, tending to our needs and giving wonderful recommendations. Spence led us through the drink menu which was very helpful. Delicious old fashioned! Lots of yummy Non alcoholic options too! Dessert was unreal too.

The restaurant is very cute and the decor is great! DJ on Sunday was playing great old school R&B which I liked. Overall the restaurant has tons of potential - I just feel like the food was a bit lacking. The brunch options were pretty heavy and not quite up to par. I think they tried too hard to be creative that they end up overdoing the sauce and flavoring on everything. So close, but not quite it.

Waiter was to sassy. At first it was funny but then carried too long and got inappropriate when the paying for the bill.

Amazing service, good was 4/5 but incredibly loud DJ. They also have a photo booth outside so just know it’s THAT kind of place.

The weight staff was positive. The food was just so so we expected a lot more based on the reviews that we were reading

There are so many worthy restaurants in LA, I'm surprised Norma's owners and staff don't try harder to make their interesting concept work. And don't they realize that telling diners they only have 90 minutes at their table is wrong, especially as they tell you before you're even seated. I can't imagine Norma will be around for long.

We had such a great experience. Our host was so sweet. The music that the DJ was playing was definitely a vibe. Our server was very attentive. My friend likes to ask a lot of questions about the menu and she was able to answer them. She was very patient. The food is so delicious. I need the recipe for those breakfast potatoes. The manager on duty stopped by the table and was very personable. I have a friend who is coming to town for a little getaway and I will definitely bring her here for brunch. ❤️❤️❤️

I had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was perfect—great atmosphere, and the playlist was on point with hits from the 90s and 2000s that brought back so many memories. The highlight of the meal was definitely the broccoli appetizer. It was incredible—crispy, flavorful, and unlike any broccoli dish I’ve had before. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole evening even better. I can’t wait to go back!
