Nori Sushi offers both a sushi and an Asian fusion menu. Sit out on the large patio and people watch as you enjoy a plate of chicken lollipops that have been made with three Asian spices or a serving of sweet and chili tofu. Or choose to sit indoors at one of the comfortable tables and enjoy a plate of seafood pancakes or a jumbo lump crab cake. Nori Sushi offers several lunch specials such as the bento box with choices including teriyaki, tempura or galbi. Whether you come for lunch or dinner, sitting at the sushi bar is always an option where you can watch the chefs prepare your order of nigari or sashimi. Rolls and special rolls are also available. Nori Sushi offers a large drink menu with choices of red and white wines, sake and beer. There are several signature cocktails that can be tailored to your taste.

Food was fantastic as always. Order the best calamari ever. Baked lobster tempura and double dragon are excellent choices. Service was pleasant, but appear to be new, forgetting to bring certain items to the table. Will definitely go back.

This was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. Entrees for 2 in our party were delivered an hour and a half before the 3rd entree. Follow up from the server and the manager was far from satisfactory. Then to top it off they charged my card for the wrong table's bill (in spite of bringing the right bill to the table to collect the card) and then took forever to fix the problem. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO A FRIEND!!!

Beautiful restaurant. Good food. Good service. The BIG miss is the bright lighting. The lighting destroys the ambiance of the entire experience. It drives me crazy when restaurants mess this up.

The food as always is amazing. Unique sushi. However the service was pretty bad. And they are apparently having a sewer problem? Construction issues? The place smelled. They seem really understaffed. Too bad.

It smells like a sewer broke in the dining room. We moved our group to the outside patio due to the stench. They said all the restaurants on the north side of High Street were dealing with the same problem. We generally like Nori and have eaten there many times. We won’t go back until they have this problem fixed.

Clean, lighting, ambiance and service were all great. The dishes came out quickly and well prepared. I have been here a few times and felt like this is the time I could bring up the weird sewer gas smell that is very strong when arriving and in the restaurant… it appears it’s only there from around 530 to 7pm, just like the last time I visited and then the smell was gone. It’s a bit standoffish and I would of left however I was eating with a party of 6 and traveling in 2 cars so I felt stuck and just rolled with it.

We eat a lot of sushi. A lot. We’d been here at least twice previously and found it at least average, but this trip was definitely the last. First it smelled like sewage when we arrived and the very nice girl at the front apologized and said she could seat us where it wasn’t as bad. We started with a Philly roll which came out right away, indicating that it was pre made. Then we ordered some sashimi and nigiri. After the yellowtail nigiri was pretty fishey I got some lemons to cover it up. The tuna sashimi was not great, but the first piece of mackerel nigiri literally gagged me. It was so spoiled that I had to spit it out before I vommited. I feel really bad, because I want this place to be good, but I can’t imagine I’d ever go back for sushi.
