Relax in lounge-style communal seating on our exterior patio, staying warm by the fire with cozy blankets alongside friends or loved ones. For large parties, please email Events@BarChef.com to inquire about private bookings for a memorable celebration. Weather Conditions: As reservations are made for outdoor seating, it is crucial to consider weather conditions. Our outdoor seating area is equipped with limited heating. We recommend guests dress appropriately for the weather to ensure a comfortable dining experience. Reservations: All reservations for the outdoor dining experience at OpenTable are exclusively for outdoor seating. No reservations will be accepted for yurt interior seating, as it operates on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Really love the concept of this place! The inside bar is gorgeous, the polar lounge is cozy. I was there Nov 13 eve and found I really wished the polar lounge had music piped in, the atmosphere was seriously lacking it. The music from The Well did not reach the polar lounge, so it was an important touch that was missed. I also feel the cocktail list this year is not as strong... Really wish they still had a mulled wine. The items that were listed as hot were actually cold (the eggnog etc). Service was fine, not quite as attentive as I anticipated. My friend asked for an extra sugar cookie and the server really hesitated as if it was some massive ask and then never returned or addressed it again... Not a huge deal, but for $20 cocktails, just bring an extra cookie lol. Eager to see if they get their footing again this year, my experience last night definitely didn't match how much I enjoyed it last year.

While the outdoor music is managed by The Well, your suggestion is noted and will be passed along accordingly. In terms of the sugar cookie, as we are operating out of a Yurt, we work with a limited supply of fresh items that are restocked daily before service. While we’d love to accommodate every request, we have to carefully manage garnishes to ensure availability for all menu items throughout the evening. I had a fantastic experience at Nordic, run by the talented BarChef team. The space is thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy and immersive atmosphere. The cocktails boast an exceptional flavor profile, and the service is both efficient and warm. They even provide blankets for guests enjoying the outdoor firepit, which is a lovely touch. Highly recommend visiting!

Nearly no food offerings to snack on and unfortunately, outdoor seating smelled of kerosene for the fire which ruined the ambiance and taste of cocktails

We had such a fun experience in the yurt. The gin cocktail was delicious and the staff made the best of a bad weather situation. Please stay longer so that we can return!!

We visited NORDIC on December 22nd, and stayed at the outside patio. The overall experience was really nice as we were provided with throw blankets and there are a lot of heaters at the patio. However, two of the heaters went out of fuel half way through our visit, so it was a little chilly towards the end. The drinks were outstanding as expected from Bar Chef - the forest apple cider and the winter negroni were our favourites.

Food not offered, so there should be a N/A option because that’s not fair. The atmosphere and ambiance were AMAZING. We sat both outside and inside the yurt and both were super cozy and warm. Very relaxed. Staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond in hospitality and friendliness. We hope this happens again next year!
