Our waiter was the best, very energetic and fun. Every dish was fabulous. Cannot wait to go back!

Another outstanding experience at Nopa. The Wood Baked Beans are one of our favorites. Add a Little Gems Salad and Tagliatelle and you have a perfect meal. Service with Felix was stupendous as usual. Highly, highly recommended.

Food was mediocre, service was slow and they couldn’t even find us forks, and they took an overly long time to get drinks to the table

Despite us saying in the reservation it was our 15th anniversary… nothing was mentioned. Didn’t get even water for the longest time. Waitress seemed angry despite us being over the top friendly. We asked which starter salad was better between two… she told us which … the other one was brought out so instead of aggravating her we just ate it. Then another server came and dropped off the other salad after we had eaten it…. She was not happy we had eaten it haha!! She said “well now we have to make another one for the other table!” WOW!!! 😮. We said we won’t be needing the other salad since we already ate one. No explanation or apologizing or anything. I ordered a Tito’s dirty martini and they didn’t have Tito’s vodka which I was kinda shocked at since everywhere has it. The server was annoyed when it took me 20 seconds to decide what other vodka I wanted. The martini came with a tiny glass of 2 olives with pits on the side which is kinda odd as that’s my drink of choice and have never had that happen and I have been in some amazing restaurants. My duck was basically still alive and the tables on either side of us noticed and said I really needed to send it back … When it came back it was decent but despite being starving I didn’t want to finish. There was something odd about it. All in all we were so dissatisfied and disappointed … we were so excited to try this restaurant for our anniversary.

Food was great as was general service. However we got a terrible waiter! He was the worst!!! Not friendly, not helpful, not engaged, never smiled, borderline angry! I regret not telling management on the way out.

Nopa has become one of those restaurants that has the guest-host relationship all wrong. Customers are made to wait outside and be “processed” with clipboard bearing employees before being allowed to enter. Even if you have a reservation. Where’s the hospitality? This is for the convenience of the restaurant, not the customer. At least offer a smile or a friendly attitude. The level of cooking was mediocre. They over-brined their pork chop and brought it to the table at a tepid temperature. It was inedible. For $45, they should do better. The fried anchovies were all differently shaped and mushy. The 50-50 Martini was gimmicky- more about looks than flavor.

We had a 5:30 res and our food didn’t come out until after 6:30 which was quite tough for a 9-month pregnant lady and a toddler! We ate very quickly and left by 7, so we didn’t get to savor the delicious food and mocktails as much as we would’ve liked bc timing of the food was a little off.
