Enjoy our 17-course Signature Chef’s Omakase experience. The experience includes an appetizer, 14 pieces of Edomae style nigiri, a hand roll, and soup at the 10-seat Omakase counter. Our premium fish are flown in daily from the Toyosu and Fukuoka fish market. Experience will last 90 minutes. $135/person (tax and gratuity not included). Executive Sushi Chef: Hiromichi Sasaki We can accommodate kosher or gluten free requests; however, we are unable to accommodate "no soy" or vegetarian or vegan requests.

Nice sake selection and nice atmosphere inside. Some of the fish seemed high quality and large portions of fish. Unfortunately a number of times the fish ranged from fridge temp to in one case seemed like it was still defrosting. Roll pieces are almost too much to bite. The rolls don’t really feature the fish as much as cover it up with disappointed a bit. It’s priced like a high end sushi restaurant. It looks like a high end sushi restaurant but the food just didn’t fully deliver.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary dinner at Nomonomo sushi with their omakase. Every staff member we encountered was super friendly, kind, and attentive. Each course of the omakase was delicious! The seafood was fresh and the portion size for the soup and uni ikura course was larger than expected. Having experienced a good number of omakase in Chicago, we definitely think the value is superb and would happily recommend Nomonomo Sushi’s omakase dinner to anyone who enjoys sushi in an elevated experience.

We had the Nomokase, which was delightful from start to finish. Our favorite drink was the Jasmine, it was a strawberry gin shaken drink and was absolutely divine!

The Nomakase was phenomenal - truly outstanding progression of both hot and cold plates. Excellent value for $95 as well. The nigiri were so fresh and delicious — the chu-toro with uni was particularly exceptional. Quite stunning all around!

I was skeptical when I was easily able to make a reservation for Saturday night less than 24 hours in advance. But this sushi spot from the same team that runs Ramen Wasabi across the street is a hidden gem. Extremely high quality cuts of fish, generous portions of nigiri, and although more expensive than your typical BYO sushi spot, these are not omakase prices. They have a great selection of nightly specials (specials as in fish available for the night, not discounts), and the Hokkaido uni was phenomenal. My one ding is that I wasn’t a fan of the spicy tuna roll, which seemed to just be a tuna maki squirted with spicy mayo. Next time I’ll stick to the nigiri

One of the best Omakase experiences we’ve ever had! The menu was designed beautifully with the flavor intensity building with each course, and the service was amazing. We will definitely be back.
