Named number 4 best new restaurant in the South by YELP, top 15 restaurants in Austin by Fodors Travel and a 2024 Open Table Diners' Choice Award Winner. Be transported to the lush jungles of the Yucatán with subtle scents of copal and open-fire grills. We are a gluten-free restaurant and offer a plant based menu.
We source seafood from the bounty of the Mexican gulf coast, farms of Quintana Roo. Our flavors are Yucatecan with global influences of Lebanese, Portuguese, and African flavors of the region. The cantina cocktail bar specializes in Agave offering unique and small batch mezcals and tequilas.

Happy Hour is Monday to Friday 4:30-6 PM and is offered throughout all areas of the restaurant.

If reservations are full for the evening, we do offer wander in/walk in dining options

We offer different dining areas.. you can experience the Garden, Cabana, Terazza, Casita or Cantina dining areas for a special night out or booking one of the areas for a private dining event!

    Join us for a take on Thanksgiving tradition that marries the flavors of the Yucatan. Whether you’re joining us for lunch or dinner, enjoy all-day specials including our slow cooked turkey en recado negro…and cap off the celebrations with a Mexican-inspired ancho chile pumpkin pie. Additionally we will be serving our regular menu and a special four course tasting menu.

    Great experience and vibes! The food was also with the wait, and our server Alberto was great. He recommended us some options that we were awesome, and spent a great experience for our anniversary!

    Happy hour is a great deal and every dish we tried was excellent. Unique environment with a fun atmosphere but not too loud either. We will be back again.

    The food was good and menu had some interesting choices for a plant based diet. We tried a few things off the menu and really like the coconut flat bread. Overall the food lacked salt in general but it was fresh and earthy. Ambience -3/5 Service - 4/5 Food - 2.5/5

    If you closer your eyes, you could be forgiven for thinking you're in Mexico. And truthfully, you could have that impression with your eyes open. The food, the vibe, the staff... everything here is spot on. This is our new favorite brunch spot, and I'm told it's well worth visiting in the evening for a completely different experience. Huge fans!

    The Bloody Mary is mast and when I asked them to add an ingredient to fix it. They refused and will raise it to the chef. The service team needs nicer staff. They charge for items they accidentally bring to our table. I’ve given this place 3 tries and still unimpressed, unfortunately.

    We were here for breakfast. Food was great. Music was too loud we had to ask them to turn it down. The tacos were great. We will return back.

    Came here for my husband’s birthday dinner and it did not disappoint! Had several other recommendations from friends, but was sold by the rave reviews of creative dishes, incredible flavor & the ambience - all of which lived up to the hype. Our must-haves were the soft shell crab & churros. Extra points for everything being gluten-free, though you couldn’t tell by how good the churros were. Will be back next time we’re in Austin!

    Hits and misses! So appreciated that everything was GF and they had plant based options that weren’t an afterthought. Coconut bread was addictive. Ceviche was delicious. Ambience is inviting. Staff was lovely. But the prep of everything else was disappointing- Camotes were under done. Crab tacos were cold. Stick to items that are simple. . Come for happy hour.
